Although Carter is open to any and all relationships that provide a win for our partners as well as our shareholders, we currently have two primary business models — Technology Licensing and Joint Venture Partnerships.

Joint Venture Partnerships
This business approach involves development of a new entity (JV) with one or more development partners. Carter provides a no-cost license and technical support to the JV.
